Menstrual cycle is the common thing that happens in every woman’s life which can be divided in to two parts they are

· Post ovulation

Menstrual cycle helps to predict the ovulation period in a woman. Pre ovulation is the phase where it begins with the day 1 of the cycle. Bleeding begins at the first day and last up to 3 – 5 days. On 7th day egg begins to ripen because of the changes in the hormone. In between the 7th and 11th day the thickening of the uterine wall takes place. After 11th day ripen egg begins to release from ovary to uterus through fallopian tube.
