Question          What is a rapid drug test?
Answer            A rapid drug test is a quick diagnostic test that gives you a qualitative result for the presence or absence of a specific drug metabolite in a given urine specimen.

Question          Do I need special skills or training to administer the drug tests?
Answer            No. All our test kits have been designed keeping simplicity in mind. Even if you have never administered any self-test before, you will find our self-test kits incredibly easy to use.

Testing Procedure

Question          What are the testing procedures for your products?
Answer            Our test kits have been designed such that the testing procedures are very simple. For example, to use a “dip test card”, you hold the card in your hand and dip it into a cup containing urine specimen. The results are obtained quickly within minutes. Click here for our Dip drug test products . An “Integrated Cup” is a specimen container that has the drug test built into it for greater convenience. Virtually no handling of urine sample is required. After obtaining the urine specimen, simply peel the label on the cup and view the results.

We also provide lab confirmation services. You can send the sample to us using the specimen transportation container provided along with the test kits.

Question          How can I place an order? 
Answer            You can place your orders through any of the following means:

Question          Is there a minimum order that must be placed?
Answer            No, there is no order minimum. However, ordering in bulk will save you time & money in shipping fees. Also, our products expiration dates are up to 18 months from the date of manufacturing. This significantly decreases the risk of the product being rendered unusable anytime soon.

Question         Can I get a receipt or invoice for my purchase?
Answer            When you make an online purchase, you will be sent a confirmation email, summarizing all your order details. In addition, you can check your Order Status/Invoice by logging on to ‘My Account’.  You may also send us an email or call our Toll Free Number of   1-877-281-9756 to know the current status.

Question          How do I track my order?
Answer.  Click on ‘My Account’ on our website.  This will have your order information & the tracking number for the package.  You can then track the package at the carrier’s website such as FEDEX.com or USPS.com.  You may also send us an email or call our Toll Free Number of  1-877-281-9756 to know the current status

Shipping

Question          I have just placed an order online. How soon will my order be shipped and arrive?
Answer            You can be assured that your order will be shipped out promptly. Generally, orders placed before 2 PM Eastern Time are shipped out the same day. Adequate stock is maintained to assure this. Any orders placed after 2 PM or orders placed overnight or on weekends/holidays, are shipped out the next business day. Your order should arrive in 2-5 business days. For more details please refer to shipping Policy.

Question          What if my shipment arrives when I am not at home?
Answer            We will ship your order according to the shipping option chosen by you at the time you placed the order.   In most cases, you are not required to be physically present at the time of delivery.  The carriers, USPS or FEDEX will deliver packages without requiring you to be present there unless your shipment is unusually large or if the package is Insured.
 
Question          What if my shipment arrives in a bad condition?
Answer            Although there is a very remote chance of this happening, in case you find your order delivered in a bad condition, you can contact us through phone, fax or email, and we will replace your order depending on the level of damage to the delivered product. Please refer to return policy.

Question          Are shipping costs included in the cost of the product?
Answer            We offer Free Shipping on purchases over $30 and we will send the package via USPS mail system.    We offer expedited delivery such as FEDEX Next Day Air; FEDEX Second Day Air.  We also offer shipping via FEDEX Ground.

However, we recommend that you send any non-negative specimens to be confirmed at a laboratory.

Question          What is the shelf life of your products?
Answer            You are guaranteed to get the best results from our FDA approved drug test kits for up to 18 months from the date of manufacture. The expiry date is clearly printed on each test kit. We advise against using the drug test kits to be used after the expiry date.

Question          What is your returns policy?
Answer            We offer a 14-day, money back, and satisfaction guarantee starting the day you receive the shipment. To qualify, the ship date of the return goods must be within this 14-day period. Only unopened, sealed drug tests may be returned for credit. Merchandise must be undamaged and in the same condition as originally sent. Credit will only be issued after the receipt and inspection of the returned product. Customers returning merchandise not in its original condition will be notified by e-mail as to their options. We do not accept the return for credit of any item returned more than 14 days from the receipt of our shipment. Original shipping costs are not refundable. All returns for credit must conform to the following procedure to ensure accurate processing of credit issuance and/or replacement.
