Menstrual cycle is the common thing that happens in every woman’s life which can be divided in to two parts they are

· Pre ovulation

· Post ovulation

Menstrual cycle helps to predict the ovulation period in a woman. Pre ovulation is the phase where it begins with the day 1 of the cycle. Bleeding begins at the first day and last up to 3 – 5 days. On 7^th day egg begins to ripen because of the changes in the hormone. In between the 7^th and 11^th day the thickening of the uterine wall takes place. After 11^th day ripen egg begins to release from ovary to uterus through fallopian tube. A woman with normal period of 28 days cycle length will have ovulation period in the 14^th day or the mid of the menstrual cycle. (more…)
