According to the National Household Survey on Drug Abuse, about 13.3% of teen agers used illegal drugs habitually. A study conducted by the National Parents’ Resource Institute for Drug Education (PRIDE), It places the number of high school elder students who use illegal drugs on a daily basis is as high as 20 percent.
